Ieshia Demas Ministries is a community and human service outreach organization recognized as a 501(c) (3) non-profit, committed to fostering self-sufficiency and independence among individuals and families in homeless and underserved communities. Although its members are active participants in local churches, the organization operates independently, collaborating with various local community partners.

About Our Founder
Ieshia Demas is a native of Houston and a Veteran Public School Educator of 15 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Lamar University and a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership from Angelo State University. She is a proud member of both The National Society of Leadership and Success and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. Ms. Demas stems from humble beginnings. Due to her beginnings, she fully understands and is aware of the challenges that many individuals and families in underserved communities face. Thus, along with her passion to live for and serve God, she has a zeal to help and serve individuals and families in need.
